memorized transactions not posting

our memorized transactions used to work just fine until recently.

now they all (regardless of type) fail to occur automatically.  yes they are set to occur automatically (semimonthly, monthly, etc), but the system does not enter them automatically as it has for years!

is there a new setting, some new selection we have to make on them to occur automatically or what????
