Sandbox down?

I have been using the Sandbox most of the day and suddenly it has stopped working.  I am not able to run any webservices through it and I am not able to login to the sandbox UI. 

The message I am getting is "You have entered an invalid email address or password. Please try again" from the UI.

From the webservices I am getting: "You have entered an invalid email address or account number. Please try again."

As far as I know the email address, password, and account have not changed.
