google checkout orders not coming over

We have had only some of our google checkout orders coming over into NS. We will be submitting a case shortly. Anyone else having problems with Google checkout? We had significant problems for a long time with Google checkout and then was fixed and working okay. How do things work and then just stop working with NS????
