List box scrollbars broken for Firefox 3.6

The scrollbars on multi-select list boxes in NetSuite are broken for me. I can drag the thumb, but clicking the arrow buttons or the trough above or below the thumb has no effect. Other scrollbars in NetSuite work, and all scrollbars outside of NetSuite work.

I've just tested this issue with various clients throughout our organization. Multi-select list box scrollbars are broken for the following clients:
