Scripts Getting Stuck in Deferred Status

We have a couple scheduled scripts that have been running for months (almost 8,000 successful deployments) but over the last few weeks they will sometimes get stuck in "Deferred" status and never come out.

This causes a huge problem since the dependent tasks and associated processes never complete.

The dates/times of these script hangs are:

6/24/2010 4:35:38 PM Deferred
6/29/2010 4:56:08 PM Deferred
6/30/2010 2:01:34 PM Deferred
7/07/2010 2:16:14 PM Deferred
7/16/2010 12:34:59 PM Deferred
7/19/2010 11:32:09 AM Deferred
7/19/2010 11:32:12 AM Deferred
7/21/2010 2:33:02 PM Deferred
7/21/2010 3:40:21 PM Deferred
7/22/2010 2:52:53 PM Deferred
7/22/2010 2:52:57 PM Deferred
