Google Affiliate Network

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to add in the Google Affiliate Network tracking pixel to Google Checkout.  

We have Google Checkout integrated with Netsuite so we tried to use the Third Party Conversion Tracking URL feature.  When we tested it nothing would show up in the page info for the confirmation page.

If anyone has any ideas on how I could solve this it would be appreciated.
