UPS ship labels not printing
Anyone else having intermittent issues with UPS ship labels not printing using the NS interface? We fulfill orders one at a time and the NS screen continues to pop up showing that the label is being printed, but nothing is happening at least half the time.
We can print using the same printer, same print driver, same PC, etc. using UPS Worldship without any problem. The problem only occurs when printing labels via NS. The problem began two days ago, Aug 11 and continues today but seems to be getting worse. Any ideas?
