Fulfillment Email Not Being Sent

I recently noticed that our fulfillment emails are no longer going out when I fulfill orders... I do have the "Order Fulfilled" box checked under Set Up > Website > Set Up Website > Email Tab > Confirmation Emails to Send so I'm not sure what the problem is. "Order Received" emails are still working though. Any setting that could be overriding the "Set Up Website" checkbox?
