Error "Invalid Box Count"
We are/were having fulfillment issues. When fulfilling a SO we go to the package tab and enter all the information then it won't let us ship and posts an error message saying "invalid box count." Does anyone know what this is? We can't figure out what changed or is wrong. Or has anyone had this error message before? We tried to recreate the issue and we can't. We are just trying to prevent this from happening again in the future.
