Defect: 185930

Who else is tied to defect/issue 185930? 

When did the problem start occuring for you?  What are you seeing?  The workaround provided to us makes no sense for what we trying to do.

I was just told 14 others are tied to this defect/issue.  If this is such a major issue why has it taken almost 4+ days with no resolution yet.  We are unable to process any orders until this defect/issue is resolved.
