Error when trying to email an invoice in Netsuite

Hi,

Our invoice form has an email button that is suppose to email the invoice to the customer's email address. The email address field is filled in but after clicking the email button, nothing happens. I've tried it in IE and Firefox to no avail. Is there an option in Netsuite that needs to be enabled before this function works or is this a Netsuite issue?
