Shopping Cart Shipping Not Working?

On the shopping cart, while it seems to work for me, I have had numerous customers call in yesterday complaining that nothing shows up after they enter their zipcode. Today, every other customer is calling in saying it is not working.

Again, it works for me, but 30-40 customers cant all be lying, can they?
