Main Support Email Address for Case Creation
I may have made a mistake.. I decided we wanted a case created automatically when a customer replies to a shipment email. So I set our from address for order fulfillment emails to our case creation support email. This has been fine for the last year but now we are getting tons of spam that creates cases... apparently our case creation email got on a spam list.
Does anyone know if you can change the standard case creation email to a different one? cases."accountnumber".4b8d7c3a33@cases.netsuite.com
I can't seem to find anywhere to change it.
