Transaction forms 2010.2

Hi,

I'm trying to created a new custom transaction form for in 2010.2 and its not going well. I've deployed all my forms and can no longer edit or create new ones. Pretty much in a bind here....

I would use the help files but I just get an error.

Please help me... thank you very much!
