2010.2 Loss of Business

We upgraded on Friday and did some testing on Saturday.  We ran into a few issues including the inability to access the Bulk Bill page.  However, as of yesterday things turned for the worse.  Customers started getting hung up on the checkout page and it appears they hit the back button and then resubmitted their orders.  We have close to 100 duplicate orders with more happening today.  I can't imagine how many are just abandoning the cart.  Each step in the checkout takes forever to load.

Also, on the back end, we can not save transactions which has brought our business to a screeching halt.  We are unable to take orders and ship packages along with every other process that has to do with any type of transaction.
