All Scripts Stuck in Deferred Status

All of our scheduled scripts are backing up and stuck in deferred status.  This has been going on for a couple hours now.  We had problems in the past we a couple specific scripts would get stuck in deferred status but now they are all stuck.

Anybody else having this problem?
