Webservices on the blink?

Hi, we have multiple locations having trouble (taking 5minutes) to apply payments to transactions (these are POS transactions and the payment is done through WS).

Anyone else have lots of shops with long lines of pissed of customers waiting to make payments to frustrated cashiers?
