Item Descriptions not on Sales Order!!

Hi Guys,

When I input a Sales Order through Netsuite everything looks fine, for web orders (items input through website) I get No description at all come through its blank!!!!

Throughout the website checkout process the description is there as it should be, it simply does not save into the Sales Order though!!

Is anyone else having this problem??  I cannot for the life of me work out whats causing it!

I have depoloyed the new forms as recommended by netsuite support as a solution and its not made the slightest bit of difference!  Other than messing up the whole form into a very un-userfriendly way that doesnt flow.  So after redesigning the form for the last 30 mins, I am back where I started.
