Website down again
At 10:30 MDT. Not sure how long its been down. Get a stickup saying "scheduled maintenance, will return around 1 AM PDT" on Netsuite.com, but NOTHING on my ecommerce sites. They are just dead. No scheduled maint. is posted on status.netsuite.com, but I my sites are hard down after just sending out an email to 18K. users.
Why can't NS just put an error message up automatically when sites are down like you did on netsuite.com? Instead my users think WE are just dead in the water. If this is "scheduled" why not tell us ahead of time.
