Credit cards not getting approved

Hi,

We were upgraded to 2010.2 this weekend and now are seeing our credit cards remain in "Unapproved Payment" status.  The card is entered for approval, and gets returned with no approval, error message or other information.

The status gets set to Unapproved Payment and we can't get it out even if we edit and resubmit.

Has anyone know how to get around this?  Is there a new "Credit Card Workflow" in 2010.2 that has to be used?

We use both Merchant eSolutions and Cybersource and are seeing the same thing in both.

One other thing, ecommerce orders work.  This is just the manually accepted payments entered directly through the UI where its happening.
