UPS ground switching to 2nd day
We've had three different customers call today with the same issue. They say that they pick "ups ground" in the cart and when they go to the checkout it is "ups ground", but it gets switched after they submit their order. In other words, they view their confirmation and then notice that it was switched to "2nd day air".
