I can't edit the "shopping cart" tab

I can't edit the "shopping cart" tab today. I open it in edit mode and it shows "loading" in the "related items" area. After 10 minutes of waiting, I make my edits despite the fact that the "loading" message continues to blink. I click save and it doesn't respond. I then try this from a different browser with the same results.
