Customer Center throwing

Our Customer Center site is now throwing the following error:

We have found a login for your email address but it is not yet registered...



I'm about to contact support, but just wondering if anyone else is seeing this. Any chance it's just a configuration setting botched up? We were working fine for weeks and weeks here.
