Unexpected Error on WS add Sales Order since 10:20 Pacific

Since 10:20 AM today we are receiving an UNEXPECTED_ERROR when trying to post sales orders with web services.  All WS sales order adds fail.  Customer are going in as usual.  No changes on WS side and I don't believe NS config has changed. 

Java, Axis 1.4, WSDL 2009.1
