FedEx error

This got forwarded on to me today:

"The following is the alert received (this is a real problem since the bulk of our orders require multiple pieces) :

Notice

The selected FedEx service allows only one package per fulfillment. If more than one package is required, please break up the shipment into multiple fulfillments of one package each.

To sum this issue up, the system has begun to flag orders that require multiple packages when shipped via Fedex (any method: GROUND &/or EXPRESS).
When UPS is used, this doesn’t seem to be a problem.
This forces us to fulfill orders outside of NetSuite via the Fedex portal which costs considerably more time…"
