Message Authors and Recipients wrong or blank
Most of you don't care since it seems few use the Support module of NS.
In short, if ever you're using Escalations or Internal Only messages and someone (not the customer) responds to the email update they receive, the Author and Recipient fields are wrong. Actually, there's more and I'll explain below.
If I send an Escalation message from the case, I have to enter the Escalatee's name then enter the message. When I save and view the message history, the Author shows me but the Recipient column is blank; I can view the message to see the Recipient field populated with the escalatee's email address, but not their name.
