Urgent - Please help, locked out of NS
Hi,
I have just added a role to my login and saved the record. At the same time I noticed that my email address in my employee record was incorrect and so I changed it to the correct email address.
A pop up appeared saying that I would need to use this email address as my login address (even though I have been using this address for months).
I now can't login to NS. I have reset the password by requesting a new one is sent to me but this does not work. I have tried logging in using both email addresses, the old password, the new password and everything inbetween.
