Error - Reminders
Yesterday afternoon I added a custom reminder to my reminders portlet. Since then, refreshing the reminders portlet results in a very long processing delay and the following message:
Error - Reminders
An unexpected error has occurred while generating this content.
Our Customer Support staff have been notified and are looking into the problem.
Unfortunately, as of this morning, the error has not been resolved.
Is there some way for me to remove the custom reminder I added so that the portlet will work again? The portlet now only exists in the processing or error state, so the setup option is never presented. Is there any way to access the reminders portlet setup when the reminders portlet has generated an error?
