Problem printin Integrated labels

Anyone else having trouble printing integrated labels?  When we fulfill the order we have integrated label checked off, but when we save the fulfillment the integrated label is unchecked.

This started happening today and we have over 100 order to ship today, but can't ship them.  We opened a case with Netsuite (1252491), but haven't heard back yet.
