On Friday, the 7th, from 7:25pm EST to 8:50pm EST, both our webstore and checkout were down, and failed all uptime checks, meaning it was a consistent downtime.

This is NOT reported on status.netsuite.com.

Downtime Percentage: 16.94%
Uptime for the day: ~83%
