Checkout errors

Hi all,

What's the process for dealing with checkout errors.  If I (the admin) get an alert that there's been an error during checkout for a customer, should I be creating a support ticket?  I assume that Netsuite also gets notified with the error number so I don't want to waste my time creating tickets if I get a bunch of these.
