ODBC Connnection Error in Sandbox

Hi All,

I have this following error in Sandbox, is there any one know about this?  The NS Production ODBC is working fine from the same machine.

Here is the error:
Abort execution [Reason]: Failed to get ODBC connection. [DataDirect][ODBC OpenAccess SDK driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Unexpected error, please contact support for assistance.[10300]
