:mad: We have had this defect since before implementation. Basically our time format is completely screwed up so it displays time as 4-00 pm instead of 4:00 pm like normal clocks.  Changing the format does not fix it but in fact breaks the functionality in our live web store.  We cannot and will not shut down out store merely so developers can test a solution nor is merely ignoring it as they suggested an option.  It is NS's defect and not ours.
