Criteria in Save Searches Not Working

Is anyone having trouble with their saved searches?  We started having a problem last night with multiple Saved Searches.

For example.
We have a saved search that says only show POs where a particular field is empty.  The results show all POs regardless of whether the PO is empty or not.
