Standard Operating Expenses KPI Incorrect - Sum of COGS & Operating Expenses

Clicking through the Standard KPI for Operating Expenses to the underlying detail, I found that the the Operating Expenses in the detail didn't match up with the Operating Expenses in the KPI.  It turns out, the KPI is the sum of Operating Expenses & COGS.

I'm not an accountant, but I've got to believe this is a mistake.  I've always understood Operating Expenses to specifically exclude COGS.

Is anyone aware of other Standard KPIs that are incorrect?  When might this be corrected?  What workarounds are necessary in the meantime?
