Can't Add Item to Sales Order Unless Display in Webstore is ticked
Not sure when this started happening. We sell 99% of our items via the web store so don't run into this often. However, we do have a few items that are only available for sale via our customer service team and are not displayed in the web store.
What we have found is that we are unable to add any inventory item to a Sales Order if it doesn't have the "Display in Web Site" box ticked. The items will not come up in the item search in the Sales Order (but come up fine via a global search). As a workaround our manager quickly ticks the Display in Website box so the item can be added to the sales order, and then unticks it once the sales order is saved. However, this shouldn't have to happen as obviously we don't want these items to display in the
