Partner Import

We have partners who are General Practitioners (GPs) that need to be associated to Clients but I cannot find which field on the Partner Import file is the field that will provide the 'link' between the Client and the GP. The Clients exisit in NetSuite but the GP's don't yet.

Does anyone know which field would provide a reference point for the Client ID?
