Error Message: The Credit Card Processing Profile Provided is Inactive

I made a new credit card processing profile, because the current one was an old one with Paypal Flow with ridiculously high charges. But when I run a credit card now (as part of fullfilling the order) from within Netsuite (so no terminal is used), I get the error message:  The Credit Card Processing Profile Provided is Inactive.

Anybody know what this means?
