Viewing Event List for events created by other people

Hope you can help?
One of our users Lisa needs to be able to view all the Events on NS created by everyone.
However when she goes to Activities- Scheduling-Event List nothing comes up.
The event organiser Fran has granted Lisa with FULL permission to her Calendar . Which she can see all events in the calendar view.
Fran has given me the same access and Lisa and I can view all events under the event list?
Why can I see everything but Lisa can't? Her role allows her Events, Calendar.
Am I missing anything?
