Saved search message results in ERROR: Field Not Found
I've got a saved search on a custom record and I'm using the Email > Customize Message tab.
I've added several fields (using the drop-down box) from the results of the search (the search itself runs fine) to the email but when the email arrives in my inbox the field values are all ERROR: Field Not Found.
What am I doing wrong?
PS: I notice that the field names look a bit strange. Like this {AFN_Item_NAME} instead of the usual {item_name}.
