High Cart Abandonment Since Sunday
We are experiencing checkout abandonment since Sunday of about 2-3X our normal rates. We also had a customer email us that she tried to check out several times, but all the items disappeared from her cart. No futher details.
We are testing our stores on several browsers to see if we can replicate or see issues.
Is anyone else seeing a problem like this? The other times we've seen rates this high, there was some type of defect. But, at this point, I don't have enough information or data to even open a case.
