Failed - Invalid Email Address
Hi Everyone
We have a group of email addresses that we always receive a 'Failed - Invalid Address' notification from when sending emails, bulk and campaign, through Netsuite.
However when the same email is sent directly through Outlook the emails are received by the Recipient just fine - so the problem is deeper than just a mistyped address.
We have removed and re-entered these email addresses numerous times, and this has corrected some of them, however this final group is defying all attempts at fixing the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this, as this issue is preventing us from communicating with our members.
