Box.net Down Within NetSuite

Is anyone else using the Box.net add-in within netsuite? It has been down since 8pm last night.

I just got off with Box support (who was saying it was on Netsuites end), and netsuite support (who appeared to not even be aware of the issue).

Yes I have opened a case after almost 2 hours explaining OVER AND OVER how box.net within netsuite works (which one would think Netsuite understands).

Please tell me im not alone.
