NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 issue

I have Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 version. I downloaded NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 from netsuite.com, and then I install it after I close the outlook. after the installation, I got the message said that NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 cannot start.

for the next time, I want to open the NetSuite for Outlook 2.0 again, then it just doesn't response any more.

Anyone know what happen?
