Add to Cart button doesn't work anymore

For some reason today when I went on our site when I click add to cart I get the message:

Message: 'Item5057_prices' is undefined
Line: 512
Char: 504
Code: 0

Some items actually will still add to cart but a majority are throwing up this error and not adding to cart. What happened?
