Campaigns 100% failure?

Is there a problem with Marketing Campaigns, if so is it being addressed and when should we try again.

We have tried to send a marketing campaign today and on the statistics tab  it say 100% bounced.

We have sent lots of campaigns in the past without problems but this is very odd.
