Activity Reminders are sometimes late
Occasionally our emailed Activity Reminders are late, several hours late. I believe it's a mail transmission problem. Has anyone else seen this?
Here's an example email:
Subject: NetSuite Activity Reminder: xxxxxx Support Meeting starts at Friday 7/1/2011 8:00 am, ends at 9:00 am.
Sender: nlmail@netsuite.com
Sent: Friday, July 1, 2011 7:50 AM
Received: Friday, July 1, 2011 7:17 PM
Message: An activity titled "xxxxxx Support Meeting" is due to start at Friday 7/1/2011 8:00 am in Conference Room. You requested to be reminded by email.
***PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE***
I actually had two of these come in at 7:17 PM instead of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I believe it's an email transmission problem, most delayed emails are, but to have two emails sent 5 hours apart and delayed in such a way to have them arrive at the same time makes me second guess the cause... My SysAdmin reported no email problems on July 1st.
