Benchmark times

Does any one have any netsuite benchmark times for bulk items as our system seams to be slower then our old 10 year old server was and we are trying to find out what is the possible best speed

Am after the following

processing in the bulk queue the following
Billing invoices (batch of 200)
Marked picked (batch of items)
Marked packed (batch of items)
Marked shipped (batch of items)
