Unexpected Error view/edit Items as administrator

Has anyone experience the following and have resolution / suggestions?

When trying to access to view/edit an item under user role of Administrator the following error occurs when I view or edit the item.

"Error
 
An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

[go back]"

This only happens in the account under the role of Administrator on one user, using other roles with the same user will work in view/edit.

While I know I can use other roles to work with items it is very inconvenient as we constantly do work that require the adminsitrator role.
