Send Email to EARLIEST Contact Created when Lead Rating is changed
I am attempting to execute a scheduled workflow based on the following scenario:
- When the Lead Rating on a Prospect record is changed to Low, send an email from the Contact record. However, if there are multiple contacts tied to the Prospect, choose only the earliest created Contact and send from there.
I have created a Contact saved search that leverages a summary function that only returns the earliest created:
max({email}) keep(dense_rank first order by {date created})
On my workflow setup, I have used the same saved search as part of the workflow condition. The issue I am having is that NetSuite is sending an email to ALL of the contacts and disregarding my summary function.
